kawasaki mule 3010 cargo bed

my bro is kicking around the idea of picking up a Mule 3010 Trans 4x4.

I told him that one of the big things is the inside width of the cargo bed. Yeah, the specs say it's 47.6 inches, but I'm wondering how spot on that number is in real life.

If anyone happens to have one of these bad boys handy and could swing a tape measure across the inside of the bed for me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch!
