2019 Mule 4010 service manual

New to the group. I've got a 2019 Mule 4010 and need a service manual, please lead me where to find one. Also, Ive lost spark on the front cylinder, plug's good, 12V to the coil, top wire has AC and I replaced the coil (the old one was cracked), but still no spark. Wiring and connections look fine. Any ideas?
 
You can check Kawasaki's site and as for the no-spark issue, what I think you should do is to try swapping the igniter or testing the pickup coil, those often cause front cylinder spark loss

I'd also suggest checking the official Kawasaki website for your service manual.
If you don't find it there, you can find reputable online powersports parts dealer who often sell both digital and physical copies.
About your front cylinder no spark issue, have you checked the continuity of the ignition coil's ground wire back to the ECU or chassis ground?
Sometimes a corroded or loose ground connection can mimic a faulty coil or ignition component.
Also consider checking the resistance of the spark plug cap itself.
They can sometimes fail internally even if they look fine.
It might also be worth investigating the CDI/ECU if all other avenues come up empty, though that's usually a last resort.

Thanks for this! Quick question though, how do you test the spark plug cap resistance? Just with a multimeter? And for the CDI/ECU, is there a way to rule it out before actually replacing it? Trying to learn as I go!
 
Yes, you'll need a multimeter and set it to the ohms setting, usually a low range like 2k ohms.
Place one probe on the end of the cap that connects to the spark plug, and the other probe on the end where the coil wire screws in.
You should get a reading, typically a few thousand ohms.
If it reads infinite or out of range, then the cap is bad.
For the CDI/ECU, ruling it out without replacing it is tricky without specialized tools.
However, you can check the input signals to the CDI, like the trigger signal from the crankshaft position sensor, using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
If the input signals are all correct and the output to the ignition coil is missing or incorrect, it's highly likely the CDI/ECU is at fault.

Thanks for the tips!! I'll check Kawasaki's site again and look into the igniter and pickup coil. When you say "swap the igniter," do you mean between the front and rear cylinder circuits , or just trying a known good one altogether? Also, is there a quick way to test the pickup coil without pulling half the engine apart?
