2510 parts not fitting!

Hi, working on a 2510. Replacing all 4 cv shafts, all wheel bearings, brakes, and wheel cylinders. Front axles won’t fit, rear wheel bearings are double bearings instead of large single bearings sent by eBay ( for 2510) . Am I working on a weird model?
