Loose Seat Belt Tongue

Mine is a '23 pro fxt and I noticed that the seat belt tongue on the driver's side has started rattling like crazy when I'm on rough trails or gravel roads, I checked to make sure it's latching fine (it is), but the tongue itself seems to have too much play when its not buckled in, I've tried wrapping it in a bit of velcro to muffle the noise, but its just feeling like a bandaid fix.

Then I decided to bring it on here, am I gonna have to deal with this like this or is there some DIY thing I can do to it or something?
Thanks all

Totally get what you mean.. this is a pretty common problem! Your Velcro fix is a solid start, but if you're looking for something a bit clearer, try sticking a thin felt pad or a silicone sleeve over the tongue. That should help smooth out the rattling noise. I've even heard some folks swear by heat shrink tubing! Oh, and don't forget to check if the passenger side has the same issue. Have you noticed if it happens more on certain trails or at specific speeds? It can be so frustrating when little things like this pop up during a good ride
