Vanguard engine swap on a 4010 diesel Mule

I'm curious if anyone here has done the 6x6 conversion on a 4010 diesel Mule, specifically swapping in the 23hp Vanguard engine.

Would love to hear about your experiences. any tips, challenges, or lessons learned from this engine swap

@greatdennis Swapping in the Vanguard is doable, but expect some wiring and mount fab work. Make sure to double-check your cooling setup since the engine runs hotter than stock.

I haven't done that exact combo, but I think you may face challenges related to aligning the driveline and ensuring the transmission can handle the extra power and traction. Cooling can also be an issue since the Vanguard runs hotter than stock.

Thanks for the tip!! And for the cooling, do you recommend upgrading the radiator or just adding a fan, or is it more about rerouting hoses and checking airflow?
